Do I need prior knowledge of AI or programming?
No prior experience is required. We start with the essentials and gradually build towards more advanced topics.
Is this training live or pre-recorded?
All sessions are live and interactive, allowing for questions, group work, and real-time feedback.
What happens if I miss the live session?
Please note that this training is conducted live, and active participation in all sessions and modules is expected. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, we kindly ask that you notify us via email as soon as possible so we can review your case. Participants may miss only 1 of the 4 modules included in the program. In such cases, a general summary video of the missed module will be provided and available for 48 hours. Please note that this summary will not include interactions or Q&A. If you are unable to attend more than one module, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer recordings of any additional missed sessions. Please BE REMINDED that recording or transcribing the live sessions, is strictly prohibited.
How do I convert the session time to my local time?
All sessions are based on Central European Summer Time (CEST). We recommend verifying your local time for the training dates, as time zones may vary due to daylight saving changes.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You have the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE, as long as the training has not yet started OR NO RELATED MATERIALS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. After the 14 days — as previously indicated — no refunds will be issued. However, if you are unable to attend, you will have the option to request the transfer of your enrollment to a future available cohort.
